When the group was first started I wasn’t thinking that I would be building a huge data base of information and designing classes. I was utilizing a well known spiritual practice. It says, the best way out of your own suffering is to help someone else! So I started helping women as best I could on the Group page.
Then I realized my sleep had gotten completely messed up and I had to do something. I designed the first class 21 days to fix your sleep for myself and shared it with a few members who signed up right away. It worked! I had a death in the family in the Spring, which again saw my sleep messed right up and I ran it again with another small group of participants (this time I was working with the videos I had recorded in Jan 2023) and again; it worked! I now offer this class on an ongoing basis.
Jessica has designed classes specifically for women in Perimenopause and Menopause. These pre-recorded classes give you all the benefits of attending live, but with the option of attending whenever works for you AND watching them again with your partner if they need a little help understanding what you’re going through.

This class addresses on of our most common concerns – lack of sex drive or response: Jessica emphasizes the importance of dialogue about intimacy during this phase of life. Jessica discussed the progression of female desire and its changes throughout different stages of life, highlighting how to enhancing intimate relationships. She also addressed the stigma surrounding female sexuality as well as the historical and cultural factors that have led to the repression of female sexuality and the need for women to reclaim their power by openly discussing their experiences. Jessica also demonstrated simple breathing techniques and discussed treating hormonal imbalances as well as specific products to increase pleasure. You can still have a great sex life, and those of us who don’t give up will have the best sex of their lives in their 50’s!
